Mad-Ad Competition Event
Event Description
This is a competition where students create attention-grabbing adver- tisements for various sectors, such as FMCG products, luxury goods and services, and auto- mobiles, within a given time frame. Innovate, idealize and create the best advertisement to grab the winner title.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- The team should have a maximum of 5 members.
- The time limit for performing the advertisement is 4-5 minutes.
- Participants shall be judged on the basis of spontaneity, content, adherence to the topic, on-stage presentation, coordination and overall appeal of the advertisement.
- Selection is to be done on the basis of screening prior to the event. Screening should be done on the basis of the ideas or short clips presented by the participants.
- The selected teams will be informed 3 days prior to the event.
- Caution should be taken to refrain from displaying obscenity, violence, prejudice, defamation etc. in advertisements.
- This event participants will have to produce advertisements for a product/ service in a proper way which is quite appealing to the audience.
- Props to be used in the act should be arranged by the participants themselves.
- Disobedience of rules may lead to disqualification. The decision of the judge is final and abiding.
- Participants should bring the institute’s ID card along with them at the time of registration and must report at the scheduled time.
- The last date to register for the event is and after that, any entry will not be considered.
