Event Details

Time Allocation:

• Total Duration: only 90 minutes.
• Initial remarks by each panelist: 5 minutes each.
• Discussion on predefined questions: 40 minutes.
• Audience Q&A session: 30 minutes.
• Closing remarks by each panelist: 2 minutes each.

Discussion Format:

• The discussion will begin with opening remarks from each panelist followed by a moderated discussion based on questions prepared in advance by the moderator.
• After the moderated discussion, the floor will be opened to the audience for a Q&A session.
• Questions from the audience can be submitted in writing format during the event or verbally, depending on the format decided by the organizers.

Audience Engagement:

• Audience members are encouraged to submit questions either before or during the panel discussion.
• The moderator will select questions ensuring they are relevant and beneficial to the overall decision theme.

Respect and Decorum:

• Panelists and audience members must conduct themselves with respect and professionalism at all time.
• Interruptions are to be minimized and all participants should wait for their turn to speak.

Use of Technology:

• If available, use of timers and microphones should be employed to manage time effectively and ensure audibility.
• Incase of a virtual or hybrid format, all participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection and their devices are on mute while not speaking.

Follow Up:

• A summary of the panel discussion along with the key points and conclusions will be completed and shared with all participant post-event.
• Feedback forms will be distributed to gather insights from attendees and participants to improve future panel discussion.
