Event Details

About the competition:

This is a stock market trading competition between the students of inhouse and different

colleges where they will be able to test their knowledge about the market.

EVENT:

Stock market trading and research competition. This stock market trading competition will be divided into two formats. Participants can participate in the sole format as well but the primary competition will be playing these two formats and the main first prize will be given to the person who performs on both the formats. People who will participate in the sole format, their prizes will also be given accordingly but that prize will be the sub prize of the main prize of the competition.

1. Technical Analysis

Another format of the competition, where participants will trade, stocks on the basis of technical analysis, this format will be facilitated on computer and the system of paper trading will be applied here. This technical analysis of stock trading will be like real trading with real-life data which will be conducted on a trading-view platform. There must be one trade on that company’s share which was being picked up by the participant on the basis of fundamental analysis and predicted for a good future. Trade will be made on only those companies who are in large cap.

“Participants are needed to form a team before participation in the competition, there shall be a requirement of forming team before participation in the competition and there shall be minimum 2 members in the team. Participants shall enroll into the competition in the name of team which they have formed for the participation along with the name of the members and numbers of the team members. Individual can participate into the competition but that individual shall participate in the name of team no matter if they don’t have any other teammates.”

Rules And Regulations Regarding The Competition:

1. Participates shall participate in the form of team only, there shall be requirement of minimum two members, individuals can also take part.
2. There shall be trade in only nifty 50 stocks (this thing shall be hidden, trading area will be notified to the participants on event date only)
3. Risk and reward ratio shall be 1:2
4. Only up to 10,000 rupees paper can be used for trade.
5. There is no limit in trade, unlimited trade could be executed.
6. System will be from participants’ side.
7. Website will be given where trading will be conducted and the user I’d shall be same at the time of trading and registration.
8. In the end of the trading segment, Profit and loss statement will be uploaded to the given drive link.

Rules for declaration of winners:

1. Team who will manage risk well
2. Lees capital utilized and more profit made
3. Less losses are made
4. Highest numbers of profitable trade
5. Small loss amount
